Can I make changes to my itinerary?

You may make one change only to your contract after booking. If you need to change your pick-up time, ending time or address change, you may do so until the prior Thursday (drivers receive their contracts on Thursdays). No changes are permitted after Thursday!

Can I extend my charter past the original expiration time?

Yes, if the extension is paid for prior to the original expiration time.

What is your payment policy?

We require ½ down to accept a booking. Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card or money order. The balance is due the Friday before we pick you up and must be made with cash, credit card or money order.

What beverages are included with my rental?

For Weddings: Champagne and ice.
For Proms: Soda and ice.
All others: Bottled water and ice.
Alcohol: Parties of legal age may bring their own alcohol. Please Note: Occupants consuming alcohol that are not of legal age will be immediately escorted to the nearest safe drop-off location and asked to make other transportation arrangements.

Can I smoke in the limousine?

No. Please respect our efforts to provide you and your party with the cleanest in limousine accommodations.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

Availability changes daily. We suggest you make your reservation as soon as you have firm plans.

May I preview the limousine I’m renting?

Of course. Our website includes photos of our fleet. You may also contact us and arrange a personal viewing.
